This policy explains how Sunshines Tech processes information when you use our websites, applications, and authenticated internal services.
Information we process
When you sign in with Google OAuth, we may receive the basic account information you authorize Google to share, such as your name, email address, profile image, and account identifier. We also process authentication cookies and limited security logs, including timestamps, IP addresses, requested resources, and browser information.
How we use information
- To authenticate users and provide access to requested services.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our systems.
- To prevent abuse and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure and identity providers necessary to run the service, or disclosed when required by law or needed to protect users and systems.
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as it is needed for account access, operations, security, or legal obligations. We use access controls, encrypted transport, and other reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may stop using the service at any time. To request access to or deletion of information associated with your account, email infra@sunshines.tech. Some security records may be retained where legally permitted or operationally necessary.

We may update this policy as our services evolve. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
